The Latchi Holiday Villas Project is situated in one of the few unspoiled areas of the island of Aphrodite, Cyprus, within a walking distance from the sea, near the picturesque fishing village and harbour/marina of Latchi, famous for its fish tavernas by the sea and the marina. Akamas peninsula, listed by Unesco, for its natural beauty lies just a few minutes drive away. It is no surprise that the European long distance nature trail/path E4 passes very close-by.
According to the Greek mythology, the area of Akamas, was chosen by the Goddess of love and beauty, Aphrodite, for her baths and the area is known as the ‘Baths of Aphrodite’.
Polis Chrysochou, the nearby town, has a wonderful centre with cafeterias, tavernas, bars and restaurants. One can also find in the area, hotels, medical care, supermarkets etc. The wonderful beaches of the area cater for both sunbathing and swimming but also snorkeling and scuba diving.
